Will these plugins work on my system?

Mac 64bit (Intel & Apple Silicon) on macOS 10.14 Mojave or later, and Windows 64bit on Windows 10 and 11. Mac gets AU and VST3, Windows gets VST3. Pro Tools is not supported.

How do I install the plugins?

Copy the plugin file and the .instruments folder into your plugins folder, then rescan. The installation page has the exact folder for each format, and the instructions are in the download too.

Why does it say “Cannot find any instruments”?

The .instruments folder needs to sit in the same folder as the plugin file. See installation.

Who is Meat Beats?

I’m Danny Taurus, a music producer, DJ and record label owner from the UK, now living in Los Angeles, California. I started making house music in the early 90s and co-founded Dansa Records with Mark Archer in 1993. Recently I started sampling old 90s synths to use in my productions. Seemed like a good idea to turn them into plugins that everyone can use.
